Getting HR support
With this many changes landing at once, some operators want ongoing HR support rather than handling each one alone.
If you'd rather have ongoing HR support than track each change yourself, we can put you in touch with an HR partner.
If you ask, we may pass your details to an HR partner we work with. They may pay us a referral fee if your business signs up. We don't use your details for anything else.
Before you sign anything
HR contracts in this space are often multi-year and auto-renewing. Before signing with any provider — ours or otherwise — check:
- The contract term and whether it auto-renews, and the notice period to cancel renewal
- Whether price rises are capped or at the provider's discretion
- Whether the service is HR-only, or bundled with insurance — a paid, ongoing introduction to insurance is a regulated activity, so a properly run referral should keep the two separate
